研究目的：

评估在左侧大脑半球初级运动皮质和左侧背外侧前额叶连续θ短阵快速脉冲(cTBS)模式的重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗孤独症谱系障碍患者的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) with continuous θ short array fast pulse (cTBS) pattern in the primary motor cortex of the left cerebral hemisphere and the left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有其他精神疾病、遗传代谢性疾病、癫痫病史和癫痫家族史、严重神经疾病以及颅外伤史，体内有金属植入物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other mental diseases;
2. Patients with inherited metabolic diseases;
3. Patients with history of epilepsy and family history of epilepsy;
4. Patients with severe neurological diseases and history of craniocerebral trauma;
5. Patients with metal implants in the body.
