研究目的：

本研究旨在通过进行全国范围内子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病的临床证候分布、中医药诊疗技术现状和特点的前瞻性临床流行病学调查，为中医妇科领域行业标准、国家标准等的制订提供循证依据。同时分析患者对其的认知情况与治疗意愿，为后续科普工作提供思路，以期为子宫内膜异位症及子宫腺肌病患者的慢性长期管理策略提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to provide evidence for the establishment of industry standards and national standards in the field of TCM gynecology, by conducting a prospective clinical epidemiological survey on the distribution of clinical syndromes of endometriosis and adenomyosis, and the status and characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, the cognition and treatment intention of the patients were analyzed, so as to provide ideas for the follow-up science popularization education and the long-term management strategy of the patients with endometriosis and adenomyosis.
