研究目的：

通过“精准测量”运动干预实验，完成运动对大学生身体形态、人体成分、骨密度、平衡的影响效果评价分析，为《国家学生体质健康标准》实施提供理论支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the "precise measurement" exercise intervention experiment, the effect of exercise on College Students' body shape, body composition, bone mineral density and balance was evaluated and analyzed, providing theoretical support for the implementation of the national student physical health standard.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、既往精神病史以及传染性疾病；
2、不能保证测试和运动干预时间；
3、运动禁忌症及肢体残疾者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous psychiatric history and infectious diseases;
2. The test and exercise intervention time can not be guaranteed;
3. Sports contraindications and physical disabilities.
