研究并阐明自我感知老化对老年肿瘤患者预后的影响，并基于研究发现的专业视角，为寻找早期干预措施而抵消或降低SPA对老年肿瘤患者预后的影响提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate and elucidate the impact of self-perceptions of aging on the prognosis of elderly oncology patients, and to provide a theoretical basis for finding early interventions to offset or reduce the impact of SPA on the prognosis of elderly oncology patients based on the professional perspective of the study findings.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究自我感知老化（SPA）对老年肿瘤患者预后的影响。以老年肿瘤患者为研究对象，获得一般人口学资料和相关医疗信息，分别采用认知状态评价量表(MMSE量表)、欧洲癌症治疗研究组织生活质量调查问卷（EORTC QLQ-C30）、简版自我感知老化量表（B-APQ对认知功能、身心健康及老年人对于老化的态度以及心理反应进行评估。探讨我国患者在控制性别、年龄、民族、受教育程度、婚姻状况等社会人口变量的情况下，SPA对老年肿瘤患者预后的影响，为早期识别及干预提供理论依据，并基本我国文化背景，制定适合中国人群特征性SPA的可行性进行探索。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

To study the effect of self-perceived aging ( SPA ) on the prognosis of elderly cancer patients. The elderly cancer patients were selected as the research object, and the general demographic data and related medical information were obtained. The cognitive status evaluation scale ( MMSE scale ), the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire ( EORTC QLQ-C30 ), and the brief version of the self-perception aging scale ( B-APQ ) were used to evaluate the cognitive function, physical and mental health, and the attitude and psychological response of the elderly to aging. To explore the effect of SPA on the prognosis of elderly cancer patients under the control of gender, age, nationality, education level, marital status and other socio-demographic variables in Chinese patients, so as to provide theoretical basis for early identification and intervention, and to explore the feasibility of formulating characteristic SPA suitable for Chinese population based on the basic cultural background of our country.

具有精神性疾病；具有脑部转移灶；有认知障碍者；合并其他肿瘤者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with psychiatric disorders; those with brain metastases; those with cognitive impairment; those with other tumors in combination.
