Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether inhaled budesonide can prevent acute mountain sickness or not.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

布地奈德、地塞米松 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

budesonide、dexamethasone 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近期(6个月内）有进驻高原史或高原预适应干预史；
2.有精神、神经系统疾病；
3.有相关药物过敏史，或因为其他原因不能使用药物；
4.依从性差；
5.存在严重的疾病；
6.其他不适合参加试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with high altitude exposure or preconditioning intervention history within the past 6 months;
2. Subjects with psychological or neurological disorder;
3. Subjects who cannot take the drugs in our trial because of allergic history or other reasons;
4. Subjects with bad compliance;
5. Subjects with serious illnesses;
6. Subjects with other conditions which are not appropriate for our trial.
