研究目的：

1.主要目的：验证CSCO AI系统与指南的符合率，以及对不同级别医生临床诊疗决策的帮助程度； 2.次要目的：初步探究基于CSCO AI系统的培训模式在乳腺外科专科医生继续医学教育方面的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to validate the adherence rate of the CSCO AI system to the guidelines and the extent to which it helps physicians at different levels of clinical decision making. 2.Secondary Aim: To initially investigate the value of a training model based on the CSCO AI system in the continuing medical education of breast surgery specialists.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）妊娠期女性；
（2）原位乳腺癌患者；
（3）原位复发乳腺癌患者；
（4）两个或以上原发癌的患者；
（5）其他不在CSCO AI支持范围的情况（男性乳腺癌患者，接受新辅助内分泌治疗的患者，病理类型不包含在这些类型中的患者：导管、小叶、髓样、化生或混合型）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women;
2. Patients with breast cancer in situ;
3. Patients with recurrent breast cancer in situ;
4. Patients with two or more primary cancers;
5. Other cases not supported by CSCO AI (male breast cancer patients, patients receiving neoadjuvant endocrine therapy, patients whose pathological types are not included in these types: ductal, lobular, medullary, metaplasia or mixed type).
