研究目的：

本项目研究拟计划对不同程度烧伤患者（浅二度、深二度、三度）采集的样本进行病毒组检测及微生物组检测。本研究的目的如下： 1）从多组学角度探讨病毒多样性与烧伤严重程度、创面微生物组相关性； 2）鉴定能够在创面定植的新病毒，并评估其与感染、预后的相关性； 3）皮肤移植前创面病毒组及微生物组测序，结合临床指标鉴定及筛选与移植物存活、疤痕组织形成相关功能指示菌或病毒。  

Objectives of Study：

The aims of this study are to: 1) Identify the diversity of burn injured skin wounds virome and compare to the healthy skin virome; 2) Identify virome composition that are associated with different clinical stages of burn injury; 3) Identify novel viruses that are able to colonize in the skin wounds, which are not possible to be discovered by analyzing healthy skin owing to the low viral abundances.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例记录表。将数据录入相应的数据库系统。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同记录介质上，妥善保存，防治损坏。
