研究目的：

本课题旨在通过观察沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗难治性高血压的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium in the treatment of refractory hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 继发性高血压；
（2） 重度肾功能损害（eGFR＜30 ml/min/1.73m2)；
（3） 重度肝功能损害(Child-Pugh C级)；
（4） 2型糖尿病正在服用阿利吉仑的患者；
（5） 已知存在ACEI或ARB治疗相关的血管性水肿既往病史患者；
（6） 遗传性或特发性血管性水肿患者；
（7） 怀孕或在研究过程中计划怀孕。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary hypertension;
(2) Patients who had a history of renal artery stenosis or imaging suggestive of renal artery stenosisGFR <45 ml/min /1.73 m2;;
(3) Severe liver function damage (Child - Pugh, C);
(4) Patients with type 2 diabetes are taking Alighiren;
(5) Known existence ACEI or ARB treatment of patients with a history of angioedema always;
(6) Genetic or patients with idiopathic angioedema;
(7) Pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study.
