研究目的：

阐明中国人群中HPV状态与OPSCC亚型的特异性相关的趋势、患病率、影响和重要性。这将有助于公众了解他们的个人风险和利益。同样，可以帮助改善他们的医疗保健系统，为HPV阳性患者提供康复和社会支持服务。此外，可以创建基于HPV状态和亚部位特异性的简约风险分层，并可以重新评估预防性疫苗接种的潜在需求。1. 阐明确定 HPV 的患病率、类型特异性 HPV 的分布和 HPV 相关消退在 OPSCC 中特异性。2.阐明OPSCC中HPV状态与生存状态（总生存期，OS和无病生存期，DFS）之间的关系。3. 阐明OPSCC 中 HPV 状态相似的受试者的简约个人风险分层（性别、性行为、年龄、吸烟和酒精状况）和病理风险分层系统（TNM 分期、手术切缘、结外延伸、围周浸润、淋巴血管浸润、转移淋巴结密度和病理分化）。  

Objectives of Study：

To ascertain the current trends, prevalence, impact and significance of HPV status in associated to subsite specific in OPSCC among the Chinses population. This will assist the public to understand their personal risk and benefit. Likewise, the local health commissioners can aid in improving their health care system, rehabilitative, and social support services for patients who are HPV-positive subjects. In addition, the parsimonious risk stratification based on HPV status and subsite specific can be created and the potential need for prophylactic vaccination can be re-evaluated. 1. To determine the prevalence of HPV, distribution of type-specific HPV and HPV-associated subside specific in OPSCC. 2. To determine the relationship between HPV status and survival status (Overall survival, OS & Disease-free survival, DFS) in OPSCC. 3. To determine the parsimonious personal risk stratification (gender, sexual behaviour, age, smoking and alcohol status) and pathologic risk stratification system (TNM staging, surgical margin, Extranodal extension, perinueral invasion, lymphovascular invasion, metastatic lymph node density and pathological differentiation) of subject with similar HPV status in OPSCC.

Exclusion criteria：

1. To ensure accurate information on treatment, patients with incomplete information on treatment or follow-up will be excluded. 2. To eliminate atypical treatment regimens, patients who did not undergo management will be excluded.
