研究目的：

跌倒是老年人无意外伤害的主要致死原因。本研究应用Delphi法研制老年人居家跌倒风险自评量表，并在社区老年人中对其进行信度，效度和反应度的检验。最终开发出具有高特异性、高灵敏度的老年人跌倒风险自评量表并电子化，以期为老年人跌倒预防提供更为方便快捷的评估工具，有效地降低老年人跌倒的发生率、节约跌倒相关医疗经济成本，减轻社会负担。

Objectives of Study：

Fall is the primary leading cause of death descended from unintentional injury.This study applies the Delphi method to develop the fall risk self-assessment scale for elderly, and tests the reliability, validity and response based on community-dwelling older adults population in order to develop the high specificity and sensitivity of the fall risk self-assessment scale for elderly and electronization, which provides a more convenient and fast-screening fall risk assessment tool, effectively reducing the incidence of the elderly fall fall-related economic cost of healthcare, as well as the socital burden.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）行动不能（如瘫痪或截肢等）；
2）存在中重度认知功能障碍；
3）具有明显的精神障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Completely immobilized (e.g.,paralysis or amputation, etc);
2) Moderate to severe cognitive impairment;
3) Had mental disorders obviously.
