纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

怀孕或哺乳或计划怀孕；急性疾病；有消化系统疾病； 有自主神经病（例如糖尿病性胃麻痹）； 有心脏血管疾病； 有精神病和理解障碍； 不愿意吃研究食物； 对豆类或乳胶过敏

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant;
2. acute illness;
3. digestive system disease;
4. autonomic neuropathy (such as diabetic gastroplegia);
5. cardiovascular disease;
6. mental illness and comprehension disorders;
7. reluctance to eat research food;
8. allergic to beans or latex.
