研究目的：

1、探讨右美托咪定是否可降低脓毒症患者脓毒症心肌病的发生率； 2、探讨右美托咪定是否可减少脓毒症患者机械通气天数、ICU死亡率及28天、60天死亡率；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate whether dexmedetomidine can reduce the incidence of septic cardiomyopathy in sepsis patients; 2. Investigate whether dexmedetomidine can reduce mechanical ventilation days, icu mortality and 28 days and 60 days mortality in sepsis patients;

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

孕产妇；既往心脏病史，如：冠心病、心梗、先天性心脏病等；心脏相关手术病史，如：支架植入术、瓣膜置换术等；因其他原因所致心脏疾病，如慢性肾衰竭、甲亢、肝硬化、COPD所致心脏病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnancy, past history of heart disease, such as: coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, congenital heart disease, etc.; history of heart-related surgery, such as stent implantation, valve replacement, etc.; heart disease by other causes, such as chronic renal failure, hyperthyroidism, cirrhosis, COPD, etc..
