研究目的：

探讨失眠伴抑郁障碍患者认知功能受损的脑电节律生理学、神经功能影像学变化，揭示失眠伴抑郁障碍与认知功能损伤的临床及脑电生理、影像学特征；分析重复经颅磁刺激治疗对失眠患者主、客观睡眠质量及睡眠稳定性、抑郁焦虑情绪及认知功能变化的影响；  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the EEG physiological, structural and functional neuroimaging changes of cognitive impairment in patients with insomnia and depression, and to reveal the clinical, electrophysiological and imaging features of insomnia with depression and cognitive impairment;To understand the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) on the main and objective sleep quality, sleep stability, depression, anxiety and cognitive function in patients with insomnia;

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他痴呆症，如路易体痴呆、Pick 病等致认知障碍；
2.生命体征不平稳，并合并严重慢性疾病等；
3.其他睡眠障碍，如快速眼动期睡眠行为障碍（RBD）、周期性肢体运动障碍（PLM）；
4.颅内植入金属、电子设备；携带有内植式电子设备的病人禁用（如：心脏起搏器携带者）
5.孕妇

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive impairment caused by other dementias, such as lewy body dementia and Pick disease;
2. Unstable vital signs and complicated with severe chronic diseases;
3. Other sleep disorders, such as RAPID eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD), periodic limb Movement Disorder (PLM)
4.Intracranial implantation of metal and electronic equipment;Patients with implanted electronic devices are prohibited (e.g., pacemaker carriers).
5.Pregnant women
