研究目的：

探索变应性鼻炎患儿与健康儿童代谢差异；完成鼻敏通窍方治疗鼻鼽病肺经伏热证有效性、安全性评价，以及鼻鼽患儿的生存质量评估；观察停药4周复发率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore metabolic differences between children with allergic rhinitis and healthy children. To evaluate of effectiveness and safety of Bimintongqiao Decoction for treating allergic rhinitis. To observe the recurrence rate of 4 weeks after drug withdrawal was observed

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）对本中药成份过敏者；
（2）伴有严重并发症的患儿，如支气管哮喘发作、严重鼻息肉影响呼吸、鼻中隔偏曲明显以及睡眠呼吸暂停综合征需要手术治疗的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to the ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine;
2. Children with severe complications, such as bronchial asthma attack, severe nasal polyps affecting breathing, obvious deviation of nasal septum, and children with sleep apnea syndrome requiring surgical treatment.
