Objectives of Study：

To assess the effect of intravenous different dose of dezocine on fentanyl-induced cough durineg general anesthesia induction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）过敏史；
2）窦性心动过缓；
3）严重神经、呼吸和心血管疾病；
4）肝肾功能不全；
5）近3周内上呼吸道感染。

Exclusion criteria：

Allergies, sinus bradycardia, severe neurological, respiratory or to be with cardiovascular diseases, hepatic and renal dysfunction, upper airway infection within 2 weeks of surgery.
