研究目的:

缺血性脑卒中是我国成年人致死、致残的首要病因,其早期辅助诊断及风险预测可以有效挽救患者生命,降低所带来的国家经济负担。鉴于视网膜血管和脑部微血管的结构和功能的高度相似性,研究并构建深度卷积神经网络和深度学习融合网络,以期探索出缺血性脑卒中的早期辅助诊断方法。  

Objectives of Study:

Ischemic stroke is the leading cause of death and disability in adults in China. The early diagnosis and risk prediction can effectively save the lives and reduce the national economic burden. In view of the high correlation between retinal vessels and cerebral microvessels of the structure and function, the deep convolution neural network and learning fusion network were studied and constructed to explore the early auxiliary diagnosis method of ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

我们拟利用视网膜作为新的窗口进行缺血性脑卒中早期辅助诊断及风险预测方面研究。本项目拟收集缺血性脑卒中和健康对照受试者共计100例,采集受试者一般基本信息、认知、运动和视网膜结构和功能(血氧饱和度)等方面参数,提取特征性、差异性参数, 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)有其他眼部疾病,无法获取符合条件图像;
2)昏迷或精神心理障碍者,患者有意志减退、行为异常、性格改变、情绪反常或焦虑、抑郁等症状(汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分≥7分,汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分≥8分),且对密闭黑暗环境有恐惧;
3)有严重视听而影响康复评估及训练者;
4)不能依从检查及治疗者;

Exclusion criteria:

1) Other eye diseases, unable to obtain qualified images;
2) Patients with coma or mental disorders had symptoms such as decreased will, abnormal behavior, personality change, abnormal mood or anxiety, depression (Hamilton Anxiety Scale score >=7, Hamilton Depression Scale score >=8), and fear of closed dark environment;
3) Those who have serious audiovisual effects on rehabilitation assessment and training;
4) Those who can not comply with the examination and treatment.
