研究目的：

高浓缩生长因子（CGF）联合光生物调节法（PBMT）诱导龈乳头再生的临床疗效观察。  

Objectives of Study：

Observation of the clinical efficacy of highly concentrated growth factor (CGF) combined with photobiomodulation (PBMT) in inducing gingival papilla regeneration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有全身系统性疾病者，如半年内曾急性发作的心脏病；血液病；
病情未控制的高血压、糖尿病以及传染病。
②牙周基础治疗后，菌斑控制不良，未养成良好的口腔卫生习惯。
③牙周炎处于活动期或患有侵袭性牙周炎。
④治疗区域的牙齿存在明显的扭转或错位。
⑤正畸治疗中。
⑥孕期，哺乳期者。
⑦有激光过敏史者。
⑧近期服用抗凝药者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systemic diseases, such as acute heart attacks within six months; blood diseases;
Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, and infectious diseases;
2. After basic periodontal treatment, plaque control is not good, and good oral hygiene habits are not developed;
3. Periodontitis is active or suffering from aggressive periodontitis;
4. The teeth in the treatment area are obviously twisted or misaligned;
5. In orthodontic treatment;
6. During pregnancy and lactation;
7. Patients with a history of laser allergy;
8. Those who have recently taken anticoagulants.
