研究目的：

本研究拟采取24周的干预研究，探索开放性运动相比于闭锁性运动及无规律运动对延缓认知老化起到的不同作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective is to investigate the effect of a 24-week open-skill exercises training on cognitive function in heathy older adults, compared to close-skill exercise group, cognitive training group and control group.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）心血管疾病或肌肉骨骼问题
（2）神经或精神疾病
（3）超重或肥胖，BMI指数大于25

Exclusion criteria：

(1) cardiovascular disease and musculoskeletal problems;
(2) psychiatric and neurological disorders;
(3) overweight or obesity (body mass index is more than 25.0).
