研究目的：

研究目的是考察情绪工作记忆训练在改善抑郁倾向人群的认知偏向（包括注意偏向和工作记忆偏向）和抑郁水平（包括抑郁严重程度和思维反刍水平）。抑郁倾向人群是抑郁障碍发病前期的高危个体，个体表现出较为严重的抑郁症状，但不满足临床抑郁障碍的诊断标准或者没有出现严重的功能损害。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study was aimed to investigate the effectiveness of emotional WM training on reducing cognitive biases (attentional bias and working memory bias) and depression severity in dysphoria. Dysphoric individuals, who demonstrate elevated levels of depressive symptoms, but do not meet the diagnostic criteria for clinical depression, were recruited in the present study.

有精神障碍疾病史，脑损伤史，神经系统疾病史，或物质滥用等的个体。

Exclusion criteria：

a history of mental disorders, brain injury, neurological disorders or substance abuse were excluded.
