研究目的：

评价以循证医学为基础的养老机构失智老人综合健康管理方案，方案包括：认知训练、社会心理功能训练、健康饮食指导和失智专业护理等，对养老院失智老人认知功能的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the comprehensive health management program on the mentally retarded elderly in pension institutions.The program,which is based on evidence-based medicine, includes cognitive training, psychosocial function training, healthy diet guidance and mental retardation professional nursing, etc. the impact on the cognitive function of the mentally retarded elderly in nursing homes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重的情绪问题或精神行为症状，以致无法完成研究活动；
2.合并躯体功能障碍，如偏瘫、不能行走等；
3.合并预期寿命小于12个月的终末期疾病，如肿瘤、终末期肾病、终末期心衰、终末期肺病等；
4.合并严重疾病，如重症肺部感染、急性冠脉综合征、脑卒中、高风险心律失常、严重肝功能不全或肾功能不全、严重心功能衰竭；
5.有失语、失明、失聪无法完成神经心理评估以及其他研究者认为不适合参加研究的患者；
6.其法律监护人或家属不愿意或不能配合研究活动。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with serious emotional problems or psychobehavioral symptoms were unable to complete the research activities;
2. Subjects with physical dysfunction, such as hemiplegia, inability to walk, etc;
3. Subjects of end-stage diseases with life expectancy less than 12 months, such as tumor, end-stage renal disease, end-stage heart failure, end-stage lung disease, etc;
4. Subjects with severe diseases, such as severe pulmonary infection, acute coronary syndrome, stroke, high-risk arrhythmia, severe liver or renal insufficiency, and severe heart failure;
5. Patients with aphasia, blindness, deafness, unable to complete neuropsychological assessment, and other researchers think that they are not suitable to participate in the study;
6. Their legal guardians or family members are unwilling or unable to cooperate with the research activities.
