研究目的：

本研究拟采用MRI、TMS技术，从脑网络联结性及其与抑制控制的相关性这一角度，探究帕金森氏病对于不同抑制控制的影响，探讨运动锻炼如何通过改变PD患者抑制控制网络中的相关脑区的联结性而影响主动性抑制和反应性抑制控制，为运动改善PD患者抑制控制功能提供理论依据；这些研究有助于加深运动锻炼对PD认知能力调节机制的认识，为开发针对PD患者群体的有效干预策略提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of Parkinson's disease (PD) on different inhibition control from the perspective of brain network connectivity and its correlation with inhibition control by using MRI and TMS technology, and to explore how exercise can affect active inhibition and reactive inhibition control by changing the connectivity of the relevant brain regions in the inhibition control network of PD patients, so as to improve the inhibitory control function of PD patients For theoretical basis; These studies will help to deepen the understanding of the regulatory mechanism of exercise on cognitive ability of PD, and provide new ideas for the development of effective intervention strategies for PD patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(i)fMRI或TMS禁忌症；
(ii)癫痫或过去有严重的精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications to fMRI or TMS;
2. epilepsy or past significant psychiatric disorders.
