研究目的：

评价静脉输注利多卡因与右美托咪定对甲状腺术后恢复质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate effects of intravenous infusion of lidocaine and dexmedetomidine on recovery quality after thyroid surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.哮喘；
2.慢性咳嗽；
3.2周前患有上呼吸道感染；
4.正在服用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、支气管扩张剂或类固醇药物；
5.窦性心动过缓或房室传导阻滞；
6.肝肾功能不全；
7.局麻药过敏；
8.患者拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with asthma;
2. Patients with chronic cough;
3. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection 2 weeks ago;
4. Patients who are taking ACE inhibitors, bronchodilators or steroids;
5. Patients with sinus bradycardia or atrioventricular block;
6. Patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency;
7. Patients with local anesthetic allergy;
8. The patient refused.
