研究目的：

1. 观察针灸合谷穴激活的脑功能区。 2. 运用静息态fMRI技术，研究针灸合谷穴激活的脑功能连接网络。 3. 采用臂丛神经阻滞，研究针灸合谷穴是否需要通过传入神经，调控脑区的功能活动变化，以进一步验证针灸的脑神经网络机制的实验假设。

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the brain areas activated by acupuncture Hegu; 2. To investigate the brain functional network activated by acupuncture Hegu by using resting-state fMRI; 3. Using brachial plexus block to test the hypothesis that acupuncture Hegu modulate brain functional activities through stimulating the afferent nerve.

无神经或精神系统疾病，无幽闭恐惧症，体内无金属植入物

Exclusion criteria：

Without diseases of nervous system and psychiatric disorders, without claustrophobia, without metal implant in the body.
