研究目的：

吞咽功能综合评定体系的设计和推广，包括吞咽障碍相关危险因素筛查和临床筛查的系统评定体系设计、吞咽功能评定体系设计，包括吞咽障碍症状筛查、功能性经口摄食评定、吞咽功能训练方案设计等，并在区域内进行推广试用。另一方面，探索和建立基于信息化平台/移动终端等技术的“rTMS治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍”新技术在长三角区域的推广应用流程，并随访rTMS新技术治疗组和对照组的治疗疗效，分析rTMS新技术推广应用对长三角区域脑卒中后吞咽功能康复疗效的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To design and promote a comprehensive evaluation system for swallowing function, including the design of system evaluation system for dysphagia-related risk factors screening and clinical screening, and the design of swallowing function evaluation system, including dysphagia symptom screening, functional oral feeding evaluation, and swallowing function Training program design, etc., and promotion and trial in the region. On the other hand, explore and establish the application process of the new technology "rTMS treatment of swallowing dysfunction after stroke" based on information platform/mobile terminal and other technologies in the Yangtze River Delta region, and follow up the treatment of the new rTMS technology treatment group and control group Efficacy, to analyze the effect of the popularization and application of the new rTMS technology on the rehabilitation of swallowing function after stroke in the Yangtze River Delta.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并其他中枢神经系统疾病；
②有明显的意识障碍、精神异常者；
③有癫痫发作史；
④体内安装有心脏起搏器；
⑤头部有金属异物或颅骨缺损者；
⑥有幽闭恐惧症者；
⑦妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other central nervous system diseases;
2. Patients with obvious disturbance of consciousness and mental disorder;
3. Patients with epilepsy history;
4. Patients with pacemaker in vivo;
5. Patients with metal foreign body or skull defect in the head;
6. Patients with claustrophobia;
7. Pregnant women.
