研究目的：

分析非止血带TKA术后第一天进行膝关节屈曲功能锻炼是否会加重下肢肿胀 评价术后第一天进行膝关节屈曲功能锻炼对TKA患者住院时间的影响、对于疼痛的影响、伤口并发症的情况、术后膝关节的活动度  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to analyze whether knee flexion exercise on the first day after TKA without tourniquet will aggravate lower limb swelling; Objective to evaluate the effect of knee flexion exercise on the first day after TKA on the length of hospital stay, pain, wound complications and postoperative knee range of motion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

血栓形成高风险；既往有静脉血栓病史；下肢肌力较弱的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

High risk of thrombosis; Previous history of venous thrombosis; Patients with lower limb muscle strength.
