研究目的:

观察不同强度、间歇时间和能量消耗的HIIT对肥胖人群身体成分、糖脂代谢指标和心肺适能影响的剂量效应关系。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this study was to observe the dose-response relationship of HIIT with different intensity, interval duration and energy consumption on body composition, glucose and lipid metabolism and cardiopulmonary fitness in obese population.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.有心、脑、肺、肾及运动系统等严重器质性病变者;
2.有慢性疾病正在服用药物治疗者;
3.有精神病史者;
4.不能完成随访或顺应性差者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with severe organic diseases such as heart, brain, lung, kidney and motor system;
2. Those with chronic diseases who are taking medication;
3. Those with a history of mental illness;
4. Those who cannot complete follow-up or have poor compliance.
