研究目的：

早期识别脑小血管病以及认知功能障碍至关重要，探索脑小血管病多模态磁共振成像的特点，为早期识别脑小血管病寻找新的影像学诊断技术，同时进行认知领域量表检查并探索脑小血管病认知障碍的特点，发现有脑小血管病的人群进行及时有效地干预，则有可能阻止脑小血管病的发展，预防和延缓痴呆的发生和进展，对减轻患者及家庭的痛苦和经济负担，对提高患者的生活质量有非常重要的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Early recognition of cerebral small vascular disease and cognitive dysfunction is crucial to explore the characteristics of small vascular disease multimodal brain magnetic resonance imaging, small for early recognition of cerebral vascular disease looking for new imaging diagnostic techniques, simultaneously the cognitive domain scale check and explore the characteristics of small cerebral vascular cognitive impairment, and found that people with small brain vascular disease intervention in a timely and effective manner, could prevent the development of the small brain vascular disease, prevent and delay the onset of dementia and progress, to relieve the suffering of the patient and family and economic burden, to improve the patient's quality of life has very important significance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

MRI表现为脑小血管病的其他疾病，比如：房颤，结缔组织病，心衰，遗传性脑小血管病，痴呆及帕金森病；
依赖轮椅的严重步态异常；其他严重的全身系统疾病，无法完成认知量表测试者；
酒精成瘾史，或精神疾病史或肢体残疾等无法配合检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other diseases of cerebral small vessel disease on MRI, such as atrial fibrillation, connective tissue disease, heart failure, hereditary cerebral small vessel disease, dementia and Parkinson's disease;
2. Patients with severe gait abnormality who depend on wheelchair;
3. Patients with other serious systemic diseases who can not complete the cognitive scale test;
4. Patients with a history of alcohol addiction, mental illness or physical disability who can not cooperate with the examination.
