研究目的：

低温疗法目前是治疗胎龄≥36周的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的标准治疗方法。目前国内外针对低温期间相关喂养策略仍存在明显争议，缺乏充足的循证学证据，故为充分探讨新生儿期亚低温治疗时不同喂养策略下的临床结局，本文对所有诊断为HIE、同时实施了亚低温治疗的新生儿进行前瞻性队列研究，探讨早期肠内喂养的可行性及安全性，为临床实施亚低温治疗提供更好的喂养策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Hypothermia therapy is currently the standard treatment for neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in neonates with gestational age >= 36 weeks.At home and abroad in view of the low temperature during the relevant feeding strategy still exist obvious disputes, lack of adequate evidence of evidence-based learning, therefore, to fully explore the neonatal period and the treatment of low temperature under different feeding strategies of clinical outcomes, in this paper, the diagnosis of HIE, all at the same time to implement the hypothermia treatment the neonatal prospectie cohort study, and probes into the feasibility and safety of early enteral feeding, provide better feeding for clinical implementation of hypothermia treatment strategy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 家属放弃治疗住院时间不满3天
2. 病例资料不全；
3. 先天发育异常；
4. 亚低温治疗开始时间>6小时。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Family members give up hospital stay for less than 3 days;
2. Incomplete case data;
3. Congenital dysplasia;
4. Onset time of hypothermia therapy > 6 hours.
