研究目的：

本研究旨在比较不同（有氧和抗阻）运动干预对IGR人群的影响，尝试从糖代谢相关血液因子和代谢组的层面对运动对PDM人群产生的影响进行机制方面的探索，同时考虑从基因方面探寻个体差异产生的原因，深入了解运动对PDM人群的影响，为运动干预PDM人群的机制，以及控制或逆转IGR、预防DM的运动处方提供理论和实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the effects of different (aerobic and resistance) exercise interventions on the IGR population, and try to explore the mechanism of the effects of exercise on the PDM population from the level of blood factors related to glucose metabolism and the metabolome. At the same time, we explore the causes of individual differences from the genetic aspect and deeply understand the impact of exercise on the PDM population, which can provide theoretical and practical basis for the mechanism of exercise intervention in the PDM population, and the exercise prescription for controlling or reversing IGR and preventing DM.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）基线测试时OGTT结果不满足IGR诊断标准者；
（2）服用/使用影响血糖和血脂药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those whose OGTT result during the baseline test does not meet the IGR diagnostic criteria.
2. Those who take/use drugs that affect blood sugar and blood lipids.
