探讨重症急性胰腺炎急性液体积聚经皮穿刺引流治疗时机对急性胰腺炎预后的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of the timing of percutaneous drainage of acute fluid collection on the prognosis of severe acute pancreatitis

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 轻型胰腺炎；
2. 因急腹症或为明确诊断，已行剖腹探查术；
3. 存在恶性疾病；
4. 妊娠期女性患者；
5. 精神病或患者拒绝合作；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mild severe pancreatitis;
2. Previous exploratory laparotomy for acute abdomen and intraoperative diagnosis of pancreatitis;
3. Combined malignant disease;
4. Pregnant female;
5. Patients with psychiatric or refuse to cooperate.
