to estimate the Proportion of patients achieving treatment goals at 3 hour.

Objectives of Study：

to estimate the Proportion of patients achieving treatment goals at 3 hour.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Labetalol: 20mg I.V stat dose, followed by incremental doses of 20-80mg every 10 minutes until the desired BP goal is achieved. Maximum dose of labetalol will be 300mg. Nitroglycerin: I.V infusion will be started at a dose of 5μg/min and dose will be up titrated every 2-5 minutes, up to a maximum of 100ug/min.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. Use of any investigational drug within 30 days;
2. Acute or Chronic liver failure;
3. Known left ventricular ejection fraction of less than 35%;
4. Acute Pulmonary edema;
5. History of obstructive airway diseases;
6. Sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular blocks;
7. Pregnant and lactation;
8. Pheochromocytoma;
9. Known allergies to any of the study drug(s).

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of any investigational drug within 30 days;
