发现人格障碍（PD）致病基因，阐明PD分子遗传机制及病因，建立PD发病预测、复发风险等个性化综合治疗评估系统。

Objectives of Study：

To identify susceptible genes of personality disorder, illustrate molecular genetics mechanism of personality disorder , and establish an integrated system involving forecasting, prognosis prediction and relapse risk evaluation

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有脑外伤等躯体及神经系统疾病；
2.有情感障碍，智力发育迟滞等精神疾病史；
3.有酗酒史和药物滥用史；

Exclusion criteria：

With history of brain trauma or other neurological diseases; With history of severe neurological dysfunction, affective disorder, or mental retardation; With history of severe alcoholic problem or drug abuse.
