研究目的:

本研究旨在于将前期研究的精准化辅助工具,包括:下肢力线定位器(已获批1项实用新型专利),和个体化定制的3D打印截骨导板(已获批3项实用新型专利),运用到内侧开放楔形胫骨高位截骨术中,探索其对手术安全性和准确性的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to the pilot study of precision tools, including: lower limb power line locator (one has approved the patent for utility model), and individualized customization of 3d printing bone cutting guide (already approved 3 utility model patents), applied to the inside of the opening wedge high tibial osteotomy, explore its effect on the operation security and accuracy.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)关节外侧间室受累的原发性骨关节炎;
2)术中需要行结构性植骨;
3)患类风湿性关节炎、患骨肿瘤或Paget病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with primary osteoarthritis involving the lateral compartment of the joint;
2. Patients who need structural bone grafting during operation;
3. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, bone tumor or Paget disease.
