Objectives of Study：

Observe the effect of edaravone on post stroke dementia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重卒中（包括意识障碍、命名障碍、失语、失用、失写等）；2.入组前已经治疗者；3.颅内感染病史及脑外伤病史；4.合并心脏疾病；5.肝肾功能损害；6.血液系统疾病；7.消化性溃疡；8.精神疾病；9.癫痫；10.对本研究药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe strokeincluding disturbance of consciousness, anomia, aphasia, apraxia and agraphia;
2. being treated;
3. Intracranial infection and cerebral trauma;
4. heart disease;
5. liver and kidney function damage;
6. hematological system diseases;
7. peptic ulcer;
8. psychiatric disorders;
9. epilepsia;
10. drug allergy.
