研究目的：

（一）制定学校减盐干预工作计划，提高学生和教师减盐控压的知信行水平。（二）通过“小手拉大手”活动，以学生为纽带，将减盐干预活动辐射到整个家庭，提高学生家长（尤其是家中做饭的人员）减盐控压的知信行水平，促进和改善家庭中高血压患者的血压控制，减少新发高血压。（三）探索、完善以学校为基础的有效、可行、可持续和可负担的减盐干预方案，并在更多的地区获得推广。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Formulate the school salt reduction intervention work plan to improve the knowledge, trust and practice level of students and teachers in salt reduction and pressure control. (2) Through the "little hand and big Hand" activity, the salt reduction intervention activities are extended to the whole family with students as the bond, so as to improve the knowledge, trust and practice level of students' parents (especially those who cook at home) in salt reduction and pressure control, promote and improve the blood pressure control of hypertension patients in the family, and reduce newly developed hypertension. (3) To explore and improve effective, feasible, sustainable and affordable school-based salt reduction interventions and promote them in more areas.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本项目分为三个阶段逐步推进。第一阶段为随机对照试验阶段，目的是测试和评价为本项目针对性开发的小学生及其家庭减盐行为干预技术的适用性和干预效果。第二阶段为试点区扩大推广阶段。目的是再第一阶段取得经验的基础上，在试点区内进一步推广上述干预技术，了解大范围推广上述干预技术的可行性和效果。第三阶段为全试点区扩大推广阶段。目的是在总结前两个阶段工作的基础上，进一步将小学生及其家庭减盐行为干预技术推广到覆盖全试点区范围，促进三减三健行动取得实效。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The project will be phased into three stages.The first phase is a randomized controlled trial, which aims to test and evaluate the applicability and effect of the salt reduction behavior intervention technology for primary school students and their families specifically developed for this project.The second stage is the expansion and promotion of the pilot area.The purpose is to further popularize the above intervention technologies in the pilot areas on the basis of the experience gained in the first stage, so as to understand the feasibility and effect of large-scale popularization of the above intervention technologies.The third stage is the expansion and promotion of the whole trial area.The purpose is to further extend the salt reduction behavior intervention technology of primary school students and their families to cover the whole pilot area on the basis of summarizing the work of the first two stages, so as to promote the effectiveness of the three reduction and three health care action.
