研究目的：

观察穴位电刺激对术后认知功能障碍的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of acupoint electrical stimulation on postoperative cognitive dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)无法交流,因为严重的视觉或听觉障碍,
(2)拒绝签署知情同意,
(3)膝关节置换术在双膝同时承认,
(4)术前谵妄或帕金森病,
(5)最近的历史或常规针灸治疗,
(6)严重肝功能异常(儿童年级C)或严重肾功能衰竭(需要透析)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unable to communicate because of severe visual or hearing impairment;
2. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent;
3. Simultaneous knee arthroplasty;
4. Patients with preoperative delirium or Parkinson's disease;
5. Patients with recent history or conventional acupuncture treatment;
6. Patients with severe renal failure (Grade 6) need dialysis.
