研究目的：

1. 主要目的：本研究旨在对老年人进行全面的前庭功能检查，了解老年性前庭病的影响和早期检出，从而才可提出更具针对性的防治措施，降低前庭功能障碍所致的老年人跌倒伤残率，对提高老年人的生存率和生活质量。 2. 次要目的：降低医疗费用负担、促进干保工作等方面都有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: This study aims to carry out comprehensive vestibular function examination for the elderly, to understand the influence of the elderly vestibular disease and early detection, so as to put forward more targeted prevention and treatment measures, reduce the fall and disability rate of the elderly caused by vestibular dysfunction, and improve the survival rate and quality of life of the elderly. 2. Secondary purpose: it is of great significance to reduce the burden of medical expenses and promote the work of dry insurance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的颈椎疾病、脊柱畸形；
2.未控制的心脑血管疾病；
3.有严重精神障碍或智力障碍者不宜接受本项检查以免出现危险；
4.单眼或任何一侧眼严重视力障碍者无法完成本项检测的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cervical spondylosis, spinal deformity;
2. Uncontrolled cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
3. Those with severe mental disorder or mental retardation should not accept this examination to avoid danger;
4. One eye or one eye with severe visual impairment can not complete this test.
