研究早期穿刺置管引流治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effects of early puncture and catheter drainage in SAP

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、经手术确诊或已经手术引流
2、腹腔内脏穿孔或出血需手术干预
3、妊娠期女性患者
4、慢性胰腺炎急性发作
5、既往心、肺等重要脏器有严重的基础疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous exploratory laparotomy for acute abdomen and diagnosis of pancreatitis during laparotomy or post-abdominal surgery for drainage;
2. Bleeding or perforation of a visceral organ as indication for intervention;
3. Pregnancy;
4. Acute flare-up of chronic pancreatitis;
5. Severe basic diseases of important organs(heart or lung).
