研究目的：

（1）在众多临床经验性的诊疗方案中凝练出一个规范化精准化、可应对严重手外伤复杂性的、适应我国国情的诊疗体系。 （2）研究严重手外伤诊疗的三个重要阶段，即1期急诊手术、手术后的康复和2期功能重建中的若干重要科学问题，提高各个环节治疗的精准性，努力实现个性化治疗。 （3）本团队拟在实践过程中不断打磨研究方案的科学性、可行性、全面性，并在本研究打下的基础上将本研究逐步推广为全国性的多中心研究。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) A standardized and accurate diagnosis and treatment system that can cope with the complexity of severe hand injuries and adapts to my country's national conditions is condensed from numerous clinical empirical diagnosis and treatment plans. (2) To study the three important stages of the diagnosis and treatment of severe hand injuries, namely the first-stage emergency surgery, post-surgery rehabilitation, and the second-stage functional reconstruction of several important scientific issues, improve the accuracy of each link of treatment, and strive to achieve personalized treatment. (3) The team intends to continuously polish the scientificity, feasibility, and comprehensiveness of the research plan in the course of practice, and gradually promote this research into a national multi-center research on the basis of this research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患侧手部过去6个月内患侧及对侧上肢曾接受手术
（2）患者计划对任意一侧上肢进行手术
（3）患有其他疾病如：全身或炎症性关节疾病(类风湿性关节炎)，其他影响上肢功能的肌肉关节或神经系统疾病
（4）患有或曾患有癌症或其他恶性肿瘤
（5）怀孕
（6）体重指数（BMI）> 40 kg / m2
（7）无法理解书面和口头汉语
（8）有任何精神和心理疾病病史

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The affected hand and the contralateral upper extremity have undergone surgery in the past 6 months
(2) The patient plans to perform surgery on either side of the upper limb
(3) Suffer from other diseases such as: systemic or inflammatory joint disease (rheumatoid arthritis), other muscle and joint or nervous system diseases that affect upper limb function
(4) Suffer or have had cancer or other malignant tumors
(5) Pregnancy
(6) Body mass index (BMI)> 40 kg / m2
(7) Inability to understand written and spoken Chinese
(8) Have any history of mental or mental illness
