研究目的：

采用随机、对照的临床研究方法，观察在常规药物治疗的基础上，经过12周可穿戴设备监护下无氧阈强度的八段锦运动训练后，患者的心肺功能、运动耐量、吸气肌肌力、心率变异性及生活质量评分的改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

a randomized, controlled clinical study was conducted to observe the improvement of cardiopulmonary function, exercise tolerance, inspiratory muscle strength, heart rate variability and quality of life score after 12 weeks of Baduanjin Exercise Training with anaerobic threshold intensity under the monitoring of wearable equipment on the basis of conventional drug treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并心房颤动；
②瓣膜性心脏病、限制性心肌病、心包疾病；
③失代偿性心力衰竭经治疗后病情不稳定；
④同时伴有重度肺部、肝脏、内分泌系统以及肾功能障碍等病症；
⑤肿瘤等常见的恶性疾病，减少了预期生命；
⑥妊娠或是哺乳期女性；
⑦过敏体质或是对常见药物过敏；
⑧合并有精神病，或治疗依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with atrial fibrillation;
2. Valvular heart disease, restrictive cardiomyopathy and pericardial disease;
3. Decompensated heart failure is unstable after treatment;
4. At the same time, severe lung, liver, endocrine system and renal dysfunction were accompanied;
5. Cancer and other common malignant diseases reduce life expectancy;
6. Pregnant or lactating women;
7. Allergic constitution or allergy to common drugs;
8. Patients with mental illness or poor treatment compliance.
