研究目的：

通过对开放和腹腔镜下腹股沟疝无张力修补术的术中并发症、术后短期并发症，术后长期并发症，手术时间，住院天数，术后疼痛VAS评分、术后SF-36生活质量评分、复发、慢性疼痛等指标的评价，比较开放和腹腔镜腹膜前腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗效果的差异。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the difference and effect between open and laparoscopic preperitoneal tension-free repair in the treatment of groin hernias by evaluating the peri- and post-（short-term and long-term）operative complications, operative time, hospital stay, Visual Analogue Score for postoperative pain, SF-36 for postoperative life quality, recurrence and chronic pain.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、不符合纳入标准者，如双侧腹股沟疝、复发疝、嵌顿疝、年龄小于30岁大于70岁者、急诊手术或同时进行其他手术以及有下腹部手术史者。2、实验期间被迫退出者，如身体情况出现重大变化；患者依从性差、意愿发生改变；术中腹腔镜转开放或开放腹膜前改为其他开放修补方法。

Exclusion criteria：

1. bilateral,recurrent and incarcerated groin hernias; patients younger than 30 or older than 70 years; emergency operations; accompanied by other operations or previous lower abdominal surgery;
2. Forced quit; caused by significant physical change; Poor compliance or changing their willingness; Procedure converted from laparoscopic skill to open or from open preperitoneal to other skills during operation.
