Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact of refractive surgery on dynamic vision by comparing the changes of dynamic vision at different speeds before and after refractive surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

A. 有眼部手术史；
B. 患者患有角膜病、青光眼、视网膜疾病、弱视、神经、精神疾病等其他除近视以外影响动态视力的疾病；
C. 病例记录不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

A. History of eye surgery;
B. Patients suffers from corneal disease, glaucoma, retinal disease, amblyopia, neurological, mental disease and other diseases that affect dynamic vision in addition to myopia;
C. Incomplete case records.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集：研究人员将数据完整、正确、清晰地载入病例记录表中。 源数据及其文件的管理：所有数据均录入excel进行管理。 核对制度：由另一研究人员再次核对数据。 数据安全：整理数据保存于个人电脑中，保证患者隐私不外泄，具有患者个人指向性的隐私内容不纳入研究中进行收集。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: The researchers will load the data into the case record form completely, correctly and clearly. Management of source data and its files: All data will be entered into excel for management. Checking system: The data will be checked again by another researcher. Data security: The researcher will organize the data and save i computer to ensure that the patients‘ privacy is not compromised. The privacy of the patient ’s personal orientation will not be collected in this study.
