研究目的：

明确使用老年髋部骨折患者围手术期输血指征评分系统指导输血管理，与以往使用的开放性输血策略相比，是否不增加围手术期非手术相关并发症的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Perioperative blood transfusion indication scoring system was used to guide blood transfusion management in elderly patients with hip fractures,to detective whether it did not increase perioperative non-surgically related complications compared with the previous open blood transfusion strategy.
