(1)基于临床表型及先进神经脑电和影像技术,建立癫痫多模态跨平台大数据规范化采集流程及表型数据库,以对癫痫的多维度表型进行更为精细的分析和更为精准的分类; (2)研发脑电核磁共振成像多模态数据融合算法和多模态特征的癫痫智能化诊断辅助系统; (3)通过癫痫多学科诊治平台和团队,基于规范化诊治与创新技术应用,建立上海癫痫综合诊治中心和数据平台,建设国际先进的癫痫精准诊治模式;提出指导临床病因诊断、早期预警、精准治疗、预后预测和再发风险的系统性方案。 |

Objectives of Study: |
(1) Based on clinical phenotypes and advanced neuro-EEG and imaging technologies, establish a standardized multi-modal cross-platform large data collection process and phenotype database for epilepsy to conduct a more detailed analysis and more detailed analysis of epilepsy multi-dimensional phenotypes. Accurate classification; (2) Research and develop the EEG MRI multi-modal data fusion algorithm and the multi-modal characteristic epilepsy intelligent diagnosis assistant system; (3) Through the epilepsy multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment platform and team, based on standardized diagnosis and treatment and innovative technology applications, establish the Shanghai Epilepsy Comprehensive Diagnosis and Treatment Center and data platform to build an internationally advanced epilepsy precision diagnosis and treatment model; propose guidance for clinical diagnosis, early warning, and precise treatment , Prognosis prediction and systematic plan for recurrence risk. |
