通过随机对照临床研究探索术中不同浓度吸入氧浓度对缺血性脑卒中患者行取栓术后患者转归的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled trial was performed to compare the different effect of high FiO2 and normal FiO2 on the neural outcome of patients with ischemic stroke undergoing endovascular thrombectomy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前低氧血症(SpO2 < 91%)
术前NIHSS评分< 2
术前残疾(改良Rankin评分>2)
无法提供知情同意

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative hypoxia (SpO2 < 91%);
2. Preoperative NIHSS score < 2;
3. Preoperative disability (Modified Rankin score > 2);
4. No availability of informed consent.
