研究目的：

我们将HDV抗体筛查、病毒水平定量及病毒测序分析平台整合为一体化检测系统，对上海地区乙肝后肝硬化患者的HDV感染现状进行综合分析与评价。并对部分HDV RNA（+）肝硬化患者生化学指标及肝脏病理组织进行分析，探讨HDV感染在肝硬化致病性中的作用，为今后上海地区HDV感染疾控防控提供实验数据。

Objectives of Study：

We integrated HDV antibody screening, viral level quantification and virus sequencing analysis platform into an integrated detection system to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the status of HDV infection in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in Shanghai. The biochemical indexes and liver pathological tissues of some patients with HDV RNA (+) cirrhosis were analyzed to explore the role of HDV infection in the pathogenicity of liver cirrhosis, so as to provide experimental data for the prevention and control of HDV infection in Shanghai.
