研究目的：

通过构建体医融合的医院-社区-居家三级运动康复模式，让术后患者早期在医院接受急性期运动康复治疗，出院后指导患者科学使用社区健身设备，在家里自行完成术后运动健身操。基于体医融合的三级运动康复模式不仅可以矫正当前“重手术，轻康复”的不合理理念，从而提高手术效果，降低患者痛苦，恢复患者日常生活自理能力，减轻家庭照顾负担，而且还可以纠正“重医疗，轻健身”的错误养生观念，提高百姓科学养老素养，培养主动运动健康的理念，减少对医院医生的依赖，减轻医保负担，提高社会医疗资源使用效率。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the construction of the hospital community home three-level sports rehabilitation mode of sports medicine integration, the patients can receive early exercise rehabilitation treatment in the hospital in the acute stage, and guide the patients to use the community fitness equipment scientifically after discharge, and complete the postoperative exercise exercise at home by themselves. The three-level sports rehabilitation model based on the integration of sports and medicine can not only correct the current unreasonable concept of "emphasizing surgery but neglecting rehabilitation", so as to improve the operation effect, reduce the pain of patients, restore the self-care ability of patients in daily life, and reduce the burden of family care, but also correct the wrong concept of "paying attention to medical treatment and neglecting fitness", improve people's scientific endowment quality and cultivate initiative The concept of sports health can reduce the dependence on hospital doctors, reduce the burden of medical insurance, and improve the efficiency of social medical resources.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有严重心脑肺疾病、癌症、传染病、脊柱肿瘤等；
（2）术前不能站立、步行或瘫痪患者；
（3）脊柱二次手术患者；
（4）中断或修改运动干预方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from serious cardio cerebral pulmonary diseases, cancer, infectious diseases, spinal tumors, etc;
(2) Patients who could not stand, walk or were paralyzed before operation;
(3) Patients with secondary spinal surgery;
(4) Interruption or modification of exercise intervention program.
