研究目的：

提高结核病（TB）诊断的时效性和准确性、有效指导TB精准治疗，减少耐药菌的产生。目前国内外尚无类似方法和产品用于MTB和NTM鉴定及耐药基因检测的高通量的鉴别与诊断，我们的研究将填补国内外空白。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is designed to improve the timeliness and accuracy of tuberculosis (TB) diagnosis, effectively guide the precise treatment of TB, and reduce the generation of drug-resistant bacteria. So far, there have been no similar methods and products worldwide for the high-throughput identification and diagnosis of MTB and NTM identification and drug resistance gene detection. Our research will fill the gap.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者无结核临床症状、且影像学无结核征象，实验室检查结果为样本培养8w未见菌落，3次痰涂片镜检无分枝杆菌存在，T-spot实验和GeneXpert-MTB-RIF也为阴性。

Exclusion criteria：

The patient had no clinical symptoms of tuberculosis and no signs of tuberculosis in imaging. The laboratory test results showed that no colonies were found after the sample was cultured for 8 weeks. There were no mycobacteria in the 3 sputum smear microscopy. The T-spot experiment and GeneXpert-MTB-RIF also showed Negative.

收集480例结核患者的痰液样本，其中菌阳组240例（培阳涂阳/培阳涂阴样本各120例），菌阴组240例（培阴涂阳/培阴涂阴样本各120例），脑脊液、胸腹水或关节液等肺外结核样本100例，其中脑脊液40例（培阳涂阳20例，培阳涂阴10例，培阴10例），胸腹水40例（其中培阳涂阳20例，培阳涂阴10例，培阴10例），关节液等20例（其中培阳涂阳5例，培阳涂阴5例，培阴涂阳5例，培阴涂阴5例）。
