研究目的：

比较基于脑机接口技术康复训练的康复策略在随机化后2周是否能够改善不完全性脊髓损伤运动功能的有效性与安全性以及评价其随机化三周后能否改善患者的日常生活活动能力  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and safety of rehabilitation strategy based on brain-computer interface (BCI) technique for improving motor function in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury (AML) after 2 weeks of randomization and to evaluate the improvement of activities of daily living (Adl) after 3 weeks of randomization

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重失语或认知功能障碍(CDR>0.5 分)或精神疾患等原因导致无法理解研究者指令，无法配合研究的受试者；
2.有癫痫病史患者；
3.存在感觉障碍或幻觉的患者
4.择期行手术受试者；
5.失用症患者；
6.失认症患者；
7.合并其他可能干扰运动功能的疾病；
8.伴有严重心肺疾病、病情较重、生命体征不平稳等增加受试者风险的相关疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with Severe Aphasia or cognitive impairment (CDR>0.5) or mental illness who do not understand the researcher's instructions and are unable to cooperate with the study;
2. People with a history of Epilepsy;
3. Patients with sensory disturbances or hallucinations.
4. Patients undergoing elective surgery;
5. APRAXIA patients;
6. AGNOSIA;
7. Other disorders that may interfere with motor function;
8. Associated Diseases such as serious heart and lung disease, serious illness and unstable vital signs increased the risk of subjects
