研究目的:

面向口腔医学领域3D打印可摘局部义齿支架修复医疗临床应用需求,项目基于国产化SLM设备开展多样本、个性化、高精度数据驱动的激光增材制造自适应钴铬支架成形工艺优化、高通量性能评价与临床研究——突破个性化口腔支架高精度3D建模关键技术难题,形成建模数据优化方法;通过研究高通量快速制备与工艺优化关键技术,建立面向临床使用的钴铬合金支架高精度3D打印可靠性制造评价准则;通过大量临床样本修复效果跟踪分析,为推动3D打印可摘局部义齿支架临床应用奠定关键数据基础。  

Objectives of Study:

In order to meet the clinical application needs of 3D printing removable partial denture stent in stomatology, the project carried out multi sample, personalized and high-precision data-driven laser additive manufacturing technology optimization, high-throughput performance evaluation and clinical validation research based on domestic SLM equipment Through the study of key technologies of high-throughput rapid preparation and process optimization, the evaluation criteria of high-precision 3D printing reliability of cobalt chromium alloy stent for clinical use were established; the high-throughput evaluation technology of biocompatibility and body fluid corrosion resistance of 3D printing cobalt chromium alloy was studied to form a rapid screening method for medical applicability of 3D printing implants The follow-up analysis of sample restoration effect will lay a key data foundation for promoting the clinical application of 3D printing removable partial denture.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1) 重度牙周炎患者;
(2) 有皮肤严重过敏倾向的患者、高敏体质者;
(3) 患有精神疾病或不能准确叙述病情者;
(4) 本试验开始前4周曾参加过其他临床试验;
(5) 研究者认为不适合参加试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Patients with severe periodontitis;
(2) Patients with severe skin allergy tendency and high sensitive constitution;
(3) Suffering from mental illness or unable to describe the condition accurately;
(4) Four weeks before the start of this trial, she had participated in other clinical trials;
(5) Other situations that the researchers considered unsuitable for the trial.
